YJLV aluminum cable
Introduction: It boasts excellent thermal and mechanical properties, outstanding electrical performance, and superior resistance to chemical corrosion. At the same time, it features a simple structure, lightweight design, and is not constrained by deployment limitations due to height differences. It is widely used in urban power grids.
1. YJLV is an aluminum-core power cable, and its model name is: Aluminum-core cross-linked polyethylene-insulated polyvinyl chloride-sheathed power cable.
2. The meaning of the YJLV cable is as follows:
YJ----Cross-linked polyethylene insulation
L----Conductor material is aluminum
V----Polyvinyl chloride sheath
3. The operating temperature of the YJLV cable is as follows: the maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor is 90°C; the maximum short-circuit temperature of the conductor must not exceed 250°C. When laid in soil, the ambient temperature is 25°C, and the maximum duration of such operation shall not exceed 5 seconds. The installation and laying temperature must be no lower than 0°C. When laid in air, the ambient temperature is 40°C.
